Grubsteak Feeds had a garage sale today, moving out the last remaining items left behind as they've quit the business. I made a quick trip to town and did well in the sale, picking up two brand new snow hooks for only $20.00 (saving at least $80.00), two sets of runner plastic for my more modern sleds, and best of all, 97 doses of core vaccine for dogs.
12 will be used on my litter, and rest will be donated to Raven Veterinary Service, for administration to rescued sled dogs that come through her clinic. It's really nice to be able to make a worthwhile donation to such an important cause.
